Wed 1st January

Food:

Breakfast: Bowl of porridge

Lunch: Chicken Soup & 1 slice of bread

Snack: Handful of red grapes & half a satsuma

Dinner: Chicken kiev, rice & sweetcorn, with tinned sliced peaches (in juice) for pudding

Snack: 1 mince pie

Cups of tea: 4

Exercise: None
