Sat 4th January

Food:

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast and s handful of grapes.

Snack:

Lunch: Salami sandwich, 5 cherry tomatoes & 3 pickled onions

Snack: Handful of grapes

Dinner: Cheeseburger, 1 onion ring, 2 cherry tomatoes and 5 falafel

Cups of tea: 4
