Tues 7th January

Food:

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast ('best of both' bread)

Snack: Handful of grapes

Lunch: Pasta with mushrooms, garlic and cherry tomatoes

Snack: Packet of crisps (132kcal)

[leftover cheesy pasta from my sons lunch & a bourbon biscuit :-\ ]

Dinner: Mackerel and sun-dried cous cous

Mon 6th January

Food:

Breakfast: Slice of bread

Snack: Slice of toast

Lunch: Minestrone soup with a slice of bread

Snack: Mince pie

Dinner: 3 Fajitas

Cups of tea: 3

Exercise: Walked school, nursery, post office school.
